What documents are required for online school admission forms?

Most portals require a recent passport photo of the child, a scanned signature of the parent or guardian, proof of age (birth certificate), and address verification documents.

Are child photos formatted to official passport standards?

Yes. The child photograph is cropped to standard 35x45 mm dimensions with clean white background and compressed between 20 KB and 50 KB.

Can I upload birth certificates in PDF format?

Yes. The certificate uploader accepts both JPEG image scans and PDF documents up to standard school portal limits.

Does this work for Kendriya Vidyalaya (KVS) Class 1 admissions?

Yes. KVS guidelines mandate that child photos and birth certificate scans must strictly not exceed 256 KB. The tool ensures your files comply safely below this threshold.
