What is a Masked Aadhaar card?

A Masked Aadhaar card hides the first eight digits of your 12-digit Aadhaar number with XXXX-XXXX, displaying only the last four digits. It is officially valid under UIDAI regulations for KYC and identity verification.

Is it legally accepted to submit a Masked Aadhaar?

Yes. The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) explicitly recommends sharing Masked Aadhaar instead of full Aadhaar cards for hotel verification, SIM purchases, and private company records.

Is my Aadhaar card uploaded to your server?

No. All image and PDF processing takes place entirely inside your web browser. Your identity document never leaves your phone or computer.

Can I download the masked card as a PDF or JPG?

Yes. You can download the masked result immediately as a high-resolution JPG or as an optimized PDF under 200 KB suitable for online submission.
